Exhibitor and Poster Presentation Hours
Exhibitors and poster authors are encouraged to engage with the audience by setting exhibit or presentation hours during which attendees may connect directly with exhibit staff or poster authors; additional information will be provided once an application has been submitted.

Embedded Videos
Exhibitors and poster authors may display a video within personalized exhibit/poster profiles available in the event app/website. Embed links from YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, and Facebook are supported.

Customize Your Profile

In addition to applying, exhibitors and poster presenters must also register for Rare Disease Day at NIH.
